- 5 to 7 potatoes
- 2 egg whites
- some ground black pepper (to taste)

First, peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces that will be up to 1cm thick. Beat the egg whites until foam appears. Then, add the salt, the paprika and the pepper in them. Stir everything well.
Put the potatoes in a bowl and add this mixture over them. Preheat your oven to 200 – 220°C. Put the potatoes inside. Bake for about 7 to 10 minutes. They should become golden on the surface. Take them out of the oven.
