Natural Remedies For The Chronic Anemia

The anemia is a disorder that develops when blood lacks enough red blood cells or hemoglobin.

Hemoglobin is responsible for transporting oxygen to all cells of our body, so if oxygen does not cell, our organs may not perform their functions properly and we will feel tired, which is one of the main symptoms of the anemia.

Popular remedies for anemia

Remedy 1: In Latin America, a traditional natural apothecary remedy is to consume lentil or pea soup daily and add highly recommended onions.

Remedy 2: In many places in Europe the popular remedy is to mix beet juice with red grapefruit juice. From this mixture take two tablespoons four times a day.

Remedy 3: A remedy of the grandmother consists of taking twice a day a decoction of walnut leaves (20 grams of leaves in half a liter of water) along with a teaspoon of cod liver oil and a teaspoon of pollen.

Remedy 4: Garlic soups also helps fight anemia. To make it crash a little six garlic and fry in 1/2 glass of oil. Remedy 8: Make a juice that contains a spoonful of lemon, egg yolk and a spoonful of cane molasses. To do this, add a little lemon and molasses to the yolk. It should be taken only once a day three times a week.

Remedy 9: Prepare an infusion with 2 gr of gentian root in 2 cups of water. The herb should be boiled with water for 5 or 6 minutes. Then cover and let stand for 3 minutes. Serve and sweeten with honey. Take 1 cup 1/2 hour before meals.

Remedy 10: Mix equal parts alfalfa with shepherd’s purse, horsetail and green nettle. Mix 4 tablespoons of the mixture per liter of water. Boil for 3 minutes, leave another 8 at rest, strain and drink during the day. Add lemon juice to regenerate the flavor.

Remedy 11: Mix 5 tablespoons of fennel seeds in a liter of white wine and let stand for a week. After that time, strain the preparation and consume 1 dram daily.

Remedy 12: Cut into pieces 2 stalks of celery and add to a large cup of hot milk. Take this preparation once a day.

Remedy 13: Wash, peel, cut into pieces and extract the seeds of a pear and an apricot. Place both in a blender together with a glass of milk. Blend for a moment. Take a glass of this juice daily, especially in the morning, for 10 days.

Remedy 14: Pour a handful of finely sliced apples and 10 g of lemon balm leaves in half a liter of boiling water.

Let stand for 10 minutes and add the juice of half a lemon, some pieces of cinnamon and a spoonful of honey. Drink a glass daily for 60 days.

Remedy 15: Pour in a blender, previously washed and chopped, 3 leaves of chard, 2 leaves of watercress, 10 almonds, 1 glass with soy milk, 2 tablespoons of oats and the juice of a lemon. Blend for a few moments and drink a glass every other day (one day yes and the other does not)

Remedy 16: Wash a handful of dark grapes and two branches of parsley. Place in the blender together with a glass of water. Blend until you get a juice. Take a glass for two consecutive weeks after breakfast.

Remedy 17: Remove the centers to several ripe pears and quinces before cutting them and place them in a blender together with 3 cups of carrot juice. Mix for several minutes at medium speed. Drink in the morning and at night in portions of an 8-ounce glass (250 ml). Cool before use.

Remedy 18: Pour 2 tablespoons of verbena in 1 cup of boiling water. Cover, let cool, strain and take 1 cup a day.

Remedy 19: Take some pineapple juice mixed with water and sweetened with a few drops of honey after each meal. This pineapple juice facilitates the absorption of iron.

Remedy 20: Place 1/2 chopped beetroot or beetroot in a blender, 1 chopped carrot, 1 tomato in quarters, 1 chopped celery stalk, 3 spinach leaves, 2 sprigs of watercress, 1 sprig of parsley, 2 lettuce leaves and juice 1 lemon and blend with a little water. After a few moments, stop the blender and drink instantly. Drink this juice at least three times a week.

Remedy 21: Consume 2 tablespoons of beer yeast flakes a day. It is rich in B vitamins and iron source

Remedy 22: Consume chlorella algae and spirulina in salads. These are very balanced in nutrients, including folic acid, vitamin B12, and iron, all necessary for the correct formation of red blood cells. Chlorella also has growth factors that stimulate blood formation.


As what the body needs are to increase iron levels, it is advisable to increase the consumption of foods with a high content of iron.
